With thirty years of experience in the financial services industry, Julie Hegebottom is the Chief Executive Officer responsible for the executive management and oversight of Digitall. Prior to Digitall, Julie was the managing director of sales at Eastern Trust for 14 years, where she was responsible for sales management and business development. Before Eastern Trust, Julie held various leadership positions at the Alliance Bank of the Eastern States. Julie received her Master’s degree in finance from the University of Persia. Within the Buffalo community, she is actively involved with several organizations, including as a board member for the Girl Scouts Northeast and Ecotrust East. Previous appointments include serving on the boards of the National Geographic Society of New York and the National Conservancy for Parklands.

Alan is the Chief Financial Officer and  Senior Analyst, having joined Digitall in 2010 as the Controller. In this unusual combination of responsibilities, Alan conducts investment analysis and handles due diligence on opportunities for our client portfolios, as well as supports asset allocation, compliance to financial standards and budget processes. Previously, he served as a wealth analyst with Abercrombie Asset Funds and was a senior audit manager at B & L, LLC, the largest public accounting firm in the West Indies. He received his MBA from Stoney Island University, a Master’s in finance from Nantucket Academy and is a CFA charter holder. He also serves the Eastern Board Conservancy as an Administrator of the Trust.

Joshua is the Chief Information Officer, serving a dual role as Compliance Officer for Digitall. He  handles operational and technology processes, equipment and facilities management. Previously, Joshua was the co-owner of an international technology firm, Acme Space Ltd, which merged with Digitall in 2015. His Master’s in technology is from Bistauk University, with an MBA from Royal Cornwall University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Rajestan Mayor University. He has been asked to serve on various international technology councils to contribute his innovative ideas for open source software, specifically with regard to environmental and space-related concerns.

Bob Aschel is the senior portfolio manager of Digitall. Previously, he was responsible for management and oversight of Simply Trading Wealth, and was president of Simple Investment Holdings LLC for ten years. Before that, he was head of the Fixed Income Department at Cloud Investment Group, where he worked for nineteen years. Bob is a CFA charter holder and has been a portfolio manager since graduating college. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from University of Eldorado. He actively volunteers with the New York State Historical Foundation, and is a current member and past president of the CFA Society, Eastern Chapter.
